- Employers are required to keep a Register of Injuries and First-Aid Treatment that is readily accessible in the workplace and is to be made available for inspection upon request by an inspector from the Workcover Authority
- The register is a record of any injuries suffered by workers, whether they result in claims or not
- Each book contains 50 pages, 16 lines (entries) per page
