Terms and Conditions - Office Products Depot Rewards Program
These terms and conditions govern The Office Products Depot Rewards Program for Participating customers. Please read them carefully. All Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Office Products Depot.
Each Office Products Depot Rewards customer is bound by the following conditions of use.
Loyalty Program is not available to, and excludes all national and contract priced account customers
Redeemable Loyalty Points are those points which have been credited to the customer's account upon payment of the invoices
All trading accounts must be current and free of overdue payments at the time the prizes are claimed.
Goods are not redeemable for cash.
Different product groups attract different point values. (Ask your representative for details or see below).

Prizes are subject to availability.
Prizes and their point values are subject to change without notice.
Terms and Conditions for the use of Vouchers are as per the terms and conditions stipulated by the primary source of the respective prize and not by Total Supplies Pty Ltd
"Customer" means the end user. This person or company who orders their product from their participating "Office Products Depot Rewards Outlet" and will be awarded the Reward Points in this Program.
"Nominated Person" means the person within a customer account that has signed documentation confirming their details.
"Website" means the rewards website built and managed by Office Products Depot for the purpose of providing information about The Office Products Depot Rewards Program.
"Reward Points" means accumulated reward points that can be redeemed for prizes/rewards.
"Rewards" means products and services, including but not limited to home wares, brown goods, white goods, sporting equipment, airfares, accommodation, shopping vouchers and experiences.
Who Can Join
Office Products Depot will qualify and auto-enrol all customers who are eligible to participate in the rewards program.
Customers may receive Bonus Reward Points for promotional purposes. Reward Points will be awarded on the selected participating products only. These Reward Points can then be used to redeem for merchandise, gift cards, travel & accommodation and experiences.
Earning Reward Points
Office Products Depot Rewards Points will only be earned for products bought from a participating Office Products Depot Reward Outlets.
- Stationery $1 = 3 Points
- Technology $1 = 1 Point
- Furniture $1 = 2 Points
- Inks & Toners $1 = 1 Point
- Paper $1 = 1 Point
- Canteen $1 = 1 Point
- Warehouse $1 = 2 Points
Points will be earned as whole points only - no fractional points. Sales amounts up to $0.49 will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar and sales over $0.50 will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar before points are applied.
Office Products Depot reserve the right to change the Reward Point Value of catalogue items at any time and without any notice.
Office Products Depot may refuse to award Points to Customers at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the customer is acting fraudulently or is abusing the Office Products Depot Rewards program.
Office Products Depot may, at their absolute discretion, withhold Rewards Points at any time. If a customer is in breach of trading terms, Office Products Depot may withdraw or cancel the value of any rewards from the customers balance.
Office Products Depot has the right to limit promotional order quantities to 'standard' wholesale purchase quantities.
Reward Points will be credited to a Customers Rewards account within thirty (30) business days from the end of the proceeding earning month. If the Customer has a query over the amount of dollars earned on their Office Products Depot Rewards account they have 30 days from date of the email statement to dispute this amount. After this date the dollars are deemed correct.
Eligibility to redeem will be suspended if no purchases are made within a three (3) month period and will only be reactivated when an eligible customer earns rewards/points in the following three months. Where there is no earning activity on the account for a period of six (3) months the account may be closed.
Office Products Depot Rewards
Once Office Products Depot reward points have been credited to the Customers rewards balance, the customer may redeem their rewards on-line at any time by visiting their our website. Fees and charges incurred through selected redemption items will be deducted from the customer rewards account at the time of redemption.
In the instance that a Customer’s name, address details or email address changes, then the Customer is required to notify their Sales Representative. Should a business be sold, closed or become bankrupt then the business is required to notify their Sales Representative in writing.
In the instance that a Customer closes their business they must inform their Sales Representative in writing. No more Reward points will be awarded to that account as of the first day of the following calendar month.
Office Products Depot reserves the right to terminate the program upon giving reasonable notice to the customer. If the Office Products Depot Rewards Program is terminated, Customers must redeem any unredeemed Office Products Depot Rewards Points within six (6) months of the termination of the program.
Rewards can be claimed after the receipt of the first Rewards Statement. Fees and charges incurred through selected redemption items will be deducted from the customer rewards account at the time of redemption. At the time of redemption, the customer can nominate an address to which their Reward will be delivered. This address will be used specifically for that Reward and not saved to the customer account.
Office Products Depot and its related parties shall not be responsible for any loss caused to a Customer as the result of the fraudulent redemption of Office Products Depot Rewards Points by an unauthorised person where such redemption has been accepted on the basis of the applicable identification process.
Office Products Depot has the right and discretion to change the types of Rewards offered or the number of Office Products Depot Rewards Points required to obtain any Rewards in the Office Products Depot Rewards Program and will not be responsible for Rewards no longer being available to customers wishing to redeem Office Products Depot Rewards Points for them.
The Office Products Depot Rewards Points detailed on the Office Products Depot Rewards website are indicative at the time of redemption and are subject to alteration at any time.
Rewards cannot be changed, cancelled or exchanged to obtain a re-credit of Office Products Depot Rewards Points. Products can only be returned to the Office Products Depot Rewards Outlet if they are faulty, and Office Products Depot Rewards Points will only be re-credited on receipt of the faulty Product.
Reward Values will be confirmed at the time of ordering Rewards.
Most Rewards will be delivered to the nominated address within 28 days of receipt of order.
Office Products Depot Rewards Points for redemptions will be deducted in the chronological order in which they have been earned, i.e. the oldest Office Products Depot Rewards Points are used first.
Office Products Depot Rewards Points may not be redeemed in payment of an Office Products Depot Account.
Office Products Depot Rewards Points may not be purchased, and are only accumulated in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Points are valid for 3 years from the date in which they are credited to the customers loyalty account.
Rewards Points Balances
You can obtain your rewards points balance at any time by selecting the Loyalty Points tab in the My Account section on the website.
Queries about the points balance should be made by email to the published Office Products Depot Rewards Outlet email address or in writing to the Office Products Depot outlet with all supporting documentation.
Missing Reward Dollar requests must be emailed to the Office Products Depot Rewards Outlet, and be accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice from the Office Products Depot Rewards Outlet within 30 days from the date the monthly statement has been issued. After this date the points are deemed correct.
It is the responsibility of the retailer to seek independent professional taxation advice in relation to the taxation effects arising from participation in the Office Products Depot Rewards Program. In addition, the retailer is responsible for any taxation liability (including GST) or other government fees and charges relating to redemption of points for prizes.
Withholding, Cancellation and Adjustment of Rewards Points
Office Products Depot reserve the right to adjust your total Reward Points if your points have been incorrectly credited or debited for any reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Office Products Depot makes no warranties or representation, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any or all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to type, quantity or fitness of good and services provided through Office Products Depot Rewards. To the extent that Office Products Depot may be liable for goods and services provided through the Office Products Depot Rewards, its liability is limited to its obligations under the Trade Practices Act 1974.
Any dispute concerning goods or services received as a Reward item shall be settled between the Rewards Provider who supplied the goods or services.
Office Products Depot reserves the right to change these Conditions of Use at any time.
Failure to enforce a particular Condition of Use does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by Office Products Depot.
Office Products Depot may exercise any right, power or remedy in this document at its discretion and separately or concurrently with any other right, power or remedy.
Office Products Depot is not responsible for Rewards received under a Rewards Program, any death or injury, loss or consequential loss or damage from a Reward or the loss, theft or destruction of a Reward or a Reward voucher.
Any disputes, including those relating to current Reward Points earned shall be handled by Office Products Depot. Any disputes, including those relating to current Reward Points earned should be directed in writing to Office Products Depot.
Eligible customers, unless otherwise advised consents to the information which they submit form being entered into a database and for Office Products Depot to use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the qualifying customer.
